The Centre of EYE360
Ask naturally. Understand clearly. Continue moving.
EYE360 intelligence is envisioned as a connected assistant experience designed for moments when reaching for a phone creates unnecessary friction. The assistant should understand natural questions, maintain appropriate conversational context and return useful responses through the interaction methods supported by the final product — broad enough to be genuinely useful, controlled enough to protect privacy, accuracy and user trust.
01Six Intelligence Principles
Natural conversation
The assistant should understand follow-up questions, corrections and references within a live session. A wearer should not need to repeat the product name or restate the entire situation in every turn.
Broad usefulness
Subject to the final AI service and product architecture, the ambition may include general questions, explanations, summaries, translation, note capture, reminders, planning support and connected actions. A function is not listed as available until the production system supports it.
Clear boundaries
The assistant should say when it lacks information, when a capability is unavailable and when the user should verify a high-stakes answer. It must never hide uncertainty behind confident wording.
Multilingual interaction
The experience should use a frontier-grade multilingual model and support every language that the deployed system can handle reliably. A fixed number is not marketed until language quality, speech recognition, text-to-speech and regional availability have been tested together.
Personal control
User preferences, history and connected services should remain permission-based. EYE360 does not imply persistent personal memory, biometric recognition or private-data access unless the feature exists, is secure and has been explicitly authorised.
Responsible action
Connected actions require clear confirmation, especially where a message, payment, booking, deletion, purchase or other consequential operation is involved. The product must not act beyond the user's request.
02Experience Vision
Everyday use-case stories.

Move through a city
VisionThe wearer asks for orientation or a next step while remaining attentive to the street. Navigation defers to local safety requirements and supported map services.
Understand a conversation
In DevelopmentThe wearer requests translation or clarification in a supported language. Translation can contain errors and final language availability varies.
Capture a meaningful moment
In DevelopmentThe wearer intentionally starts a photo or video while a clear public capture indicator operates.
Learn in context
VisionThe wearer asks a general knowledge question and receives a concise spoken answer, with an option to continue in the companion application.
Remember an idea
VisionThe wearer records a note or reminder after explicit activation. EYE360 does not continuously store everything heard.
Stay connected
In DevelopmentThe wearer takes a call or listens to audio through an open-ear experience where supported, while remaining aware of the environment.
The most advanced interface is the one that feels natural.
